Dark Matter eLiquid
Enjoy the wonderful flavor of our latest VapeSafe eLiquid - Dark Matter.
Dark Matter tastes like German chocolate cake. For those of you who have not had the fortunate to try a piece German chocolate cake recently, this is a great way to experience the flavor without getting any of the calories. German chocolate cake is a layered cake filled and topped with a coconut-pecan frosting. Traditionally sweet baking chocolate is used for the chocolate flavor in the actual cake. The robust filling and topping is a caramel made with egg yolks and evaporated milk. Once the caramel is cooked, coconut and pecans are stirred into the mixture. Finally, rich chocolate frosting is spread around the sides of the cake to hold in the filling.
Dark Matter eLiquid by VapeSafe captures the essence of German chocolate cake. Dark Matter eLiquid delivers plumes of vapor and rich chocolatey flavor that you'll want to enjoy again and again. Try Dark Matter today!

Summary: "The best vaporizer"
seriously, this thing is the best, i no longer use any sort of combustion, i.e. {joints,bong,pipe} anything that you need a lighter to start. I cannot put into words how much i love this thing!!!! Everyone uses a different temp it seems, my favorite temp is anywhere between 200-210^C and make sure the bowl is not filled up too much less is more :] All in all its a great machine and anyone who says anything different doesnt know how to use it. Its a great thing, period.

Summary: "Arizer is skimping their new customers!!!"
To whom it may concern;
When I complained about a noise internally that sounds a lot like arcing contacts Arizer agreed to take in my 4 month old V-Tower Extreme Q for repairs. When they couldn't fix it they told me that they were going to send me a new replacement. When I received the new vape in it made the same exact noise except this one was clearly from a noticeably cruder batch that seems to be sub par compared to the one I originally had; Loose glass heater cover, Ceramic heater screen not put on straight, crudely brushed stainless around the heater cover.....I'm not allowed to take this thing apart either; I'd lose my warranty.
I emailed them back on there time limited email form(Makes you retype everything[hopefully detouring you from contacting them I'm sure] when you try to post an email later than 10 minutes it tells you session or login has expired).
After retyping a second time I explained to them that an arcing noise is NEVER a good sign on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board), I've had this happen to a very cheap motherboard & at that point it was no longer running stable & a couple of modules were dead on the PCB.... Much like a crooked politician they denied everything & then told me that they just now spoke to their technicians & they said that they are supposed to make this noise(hmmm...Timed & planned MTBF(Mean Time Before Failure)?!?!).
I'd elaborate more but there's no real point. Just thought a few others might want to read this & would like to know this about Arizer's poor customer service & decline in quality.
Would I recommend this to a friend? NO WAY, Not even to someone I really disliked.
P.S. Not to sound hateful but what's the deal with not providing a toll free or at least a local contact number Arizer? Not making enough on your "Flagship" $300 vape?!?! When I pay $300 for a vape I expect to be able to get a hold of a real person, Instead of hoping that you contact me back on your two bit email form. Oh & by the way your vaporizers might be assembled in Canada but they are made with mostly if not all Chinese electronics & molds, Your bag system is nothing more than a pathetic joke & a sales gimmick(A lot of people get these for the bag system), Your elbows are flimsy & brittle & lastly your "Shatterproof" bowl is nothing more than your regular bowl except without the cheap shrink wrap "Heat Shield" & in it's place; Some heat resistant silicone tubing (that's not even cut straight btw) over the "cyclone bowl"....Pathetic.

Summary: "takes a little time to find the sweet spot..."
I received my v tower vaporizer a few days ago. After a frustrating first couple of days trying to find the right temperature to use, I called vapenow.com for some advice. I spoke with a real friendly guy there who gave me a few pointers for my next attempt. On his advice, I dialed the heat up to 250 celcius, which had seemed kind of high to me before, made sure to let it warm up for 15-20 minutes, and lo and behold, the vapors started flowing! Apparently, the temperature sensor records the heat closer to the heating unit, not where your material sits in the bowl. Even though the temperature readout will hit your desired mark in seconds, it's still best to wait 15-20 minutes before using so that the bowl can warm up too. if you don't have a grinder, you'll want to get one to make sure your material has more surface area for the heat to hit.also, a slow draw seems to keep the heat more even.
Otherwise, it seems like a very sturdy unit. Incredibly easy to use. The 360 degree whip action is a nice feature, and the connector for the whip sits in the bowl very snugly. Also, the bowl can be handled safely by touching the black heat resistant part only when in use.It's also pretty small, and could be transported pretty easily if you wanted to take it to a friend's house.
Considering the famous volcano vaporizer sells for $539 and
